Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Refunds
Refunds are not offered for custom orders.
In the rare event of an artist error (for example, incorrect design or size sent), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist you.
Sizing Responsibility
The client is responsible for submitting accurate nail sizes.
Sizing methods using coins, tape, or soft rulers provide a close estimate, but do not guarantee a perfect fit.
For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit prior to placing an order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
