Welcome to Glossed by Yarilis. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

Glossed by Yarilis offers custom, made-to-order press-on nails. All products are handcrafted with care and created based on the information provided by the client at checkout.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

2. Custom Orders

All nail sets are custom made to order based on selected size, shape, length, and design.
Because of the personalized nature of our products:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

4. Sizing Responsibility

The client is responsible for submitting accurate nail sizes.

Sizing methods using coins, tape, or soft rulers provide an approximate fit and do not guarantee perfect sizing.
For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before placing a custom order.

Glossed by Yarilis is not responsible for sizing errors due to incorrect measurements provided by the client.

5. Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of up to 2 weeks before shipping.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Glossed by Yarilis is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails:

All sales are final
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted

In the rare case of an artist error or damaged order, the client must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

8. Product Use & Care

Glossed by Yarilis is not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper application or removal
Failure to follow provided instructions
Allergic reactions to nail products or adhesives

By purchasing, you acknowledge that proper use and care are the client’s responsibility.

9. Design Variations

All designs are hand-painted, and slight variations in color, placement, or detail may occur. These variations are normal and part of the handmade process.
